Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using our Olive AI recipe app ("the App") on your Android device. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Property Neural Solutions (rightful owner of Olive) ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the App.

1 Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, please do not use the App.

2 Appropriate Use:

You agree to use the App for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App's servers or networks, or interfere with any other user's enjoyment of the App.

3 Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and any other proprietary rights, in the App and its content belong to us or our licensors. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the App without our prior written consent.

4 User Content:

By submitting or uploading any content, including recipes, reviews, comments, or any other material, to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media.

5 Privacy:

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information. By using the App, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

6 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability:

The App and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information provided by the App. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7 Modification and Termination:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App or these Terms at any time without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the App without liability.

8 Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction determined by Property Neural Solutions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the selected jurisdiction."

Please note that these Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Property Neural Solutions regarding your use of the App. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
